I plugged in a 6l6 tube and the matching punch card for photos. I inherited it from a retired engineer in about 1999 and used to repair some guitar amps. The tube is not included. It has been in storage since that time.

I kept it under cover, so is in reasonable shape but sold as-is. This Hickok card-mastic tester from 1958 comes complete with the calibration cards and a large set of punch.
